Corporate & property branding introduction

Creating first impressions for business.

From inception to roll out, we have been asked to create new brand identities for a range of organisations and property developments. This may include naming, brand extension and key messages that can be used to form part of an integrated marketing campaign.

Aquilla

Zest Design & Marketing Portfolio

The logo was designed for an insurance broker dedicated to serving the property owners market. Meaning a star constellation seen as a guiding light or the latin name for eagle, the logo had to be a symbol of strength or protection.

Gallan Group

Zest Design & Marketing Portfolio

Moving the clients logo forward to include sub-brands while maintaining the "G" and the master Gallan brand.

Helix Property Ventures

A naming and branding brief for a new property company. The logo was designed so that it could be 3D. Designed as a graphic interpretation of the dna structure, also representing two companies combining to become a stronger unit.

Alpha Tower

Designed for an established building in central Birmingham to be used on future marketing materials to promote refurbished space within the building. Based on the shape and form of the building.

One & Two Bracknell Boulevard

Zest Design & Marketing Portfolio

A brand created for refurbished buildings on behalf of PRUPIM. Numbering the buildings gave them an address, while helping to place them within the existing business destination. Simplicity was the key to this design.

The Brinsmead

Zest Design & Marketing Portfolio

Designed to reflect a high end, exclusive and boutique London residential development. Based on a piano theme as the original building had been The Brinsmead Piano Factory. Lower case, elegant, yet very modern.

Surrey Park

Zest Design & Marketing Portfolio

The logo was designed to be instantly recognisable and iconic for a new business park. It had to have an air of authority, yet be able to be used in a campus style setting. The flag shape not only represented the 's' and 'p' of Surrey Park, but also reinforced the open space of the parkland setting. Purple was chosen to represent luxury, but it also worked well with the green landscape / sustainable proposal.
