BBC Television Centre

We worked closely with the BBC and their agents Lambert Smith Hampton to promote the sale of BBC Television Centre, a 14 acre landmark site.

The key was creating a brand that highlighted the iconic nature of the buildings, the rich heritage and to encourage investors/developers to join with the BBC to write the next chapter for the site.

Initially an informative website was produced to enable interested parties to register and receive a soft back brochure. Adverts ran in the FT and the property press along with emailers to dedicated databases to drive interested traffic to the site and the registration process. After applicants had been considered, a hard back brochure in a presentation box was sent to the interested parties and access given to a data area so that detailed plans and drawings could be obtained.
