In addition to the work Zest had recently completed for BBC Televison Centre, we were asked to create a brand and strategy for The Media Village, a portfolio of iconic media buildings in the White City area that were to be marketed as a major mixed use development opportunity. To begin with we created a contemporary brand for the scheme designed to appeal to multinational creative media companies. Then the marketing was focused around an interactive brochure that could be updated and personalised for potential tenant presentations. We also produced a private website and data room that could be accessed with a password on an invite-only basis.
Glan Llyn (which translated means ‘the bank of a lake’) is a new, mixed-use community in development in South Wales.
