Haringtons are the original property buying agency. They acquire residential property in London and Houses, Farms and Estates in The Country, on behalf of private clients on an exclusive basis.
Zest were asked to update the logo and give it more of a contemporary feel whilst still retaining the heritage and tradition behind the current brand and key company values. We progressed the current logo (which has its origins in the Harington family coat of arms) by simplifying the brand icon and pairing it with carefully considered typography.
Following the rebrand, we were tasked with designing and programming a new website that illustrated Haringtons expertise as a leading property buying agency. The homepage is instantly engaging with a carefully considered video that combines eye catching shots of both the countryside and London. There are also very original sketches further down the page which represent Haringtons key values and expertise. As there are separate sections for London and Country, it was key to get the copy right, as a result there is a very distinctive and effective tone across both sections. Zest also organised new team and individual photos that are ever present across the website and really help bring an identity/faces to the business. Finally there was a requirement for a user login area, this allows the Haringtons team to share documents with their clients in a secure and safe portal.
