The client wished to let approximately 80,000 sq ft of their UK Head Office Building, with any incoming occupier having full access to all the on-site amenities while continuing to occupy space themselves. Therefore, Zest were tasked with giving the site a name and brand suitable for multi-tenanted space and an identity that could be used to promote the opportunity.
Having decided to name the building after the location, we created a modern typographic logo featuring an oak leaf shape in place of the ‘O’ to represent the parkland business environment. We also named and sub-branded the three available buildings and assigned them with their own distinct colours in order to create a cohesive visual language that would help visitors and potential tenants to understand the space.
We then went on to create a comprehensive I-brochure and website containing a full overview of the park along with all the technical information, specification and floorplans. We also designed a suite of emailers focusing on the different USP’s of the buildings. We highlighted that the buildings are a part of a fully established business community with state-of-the-art on-site amenities “Because where you work is much more than just a desk”.
